After installing new GPU my PC starts back up by itself when I turn it off

Got a new MSI MECH 2x RX 6600, now PC can't be turned off normally, turns right back up by itself. Have a Gigabyte z590 gaming X motherboard and I've seen similar posts online from other owners of Gigabyte motherboards and RX 6600 (XT) gpus having the same issue. Is that just some weird compatibility issue or have I missed something? Just wondering, maybe someone knows something

Try your GPU to another computer. Test your PSU to another computer. Clean install your graphics card driver. Check if it is wrong with your whole PC.
