Adrenaline 22.11.1 finally fixes World of Warships torpedo aiming

Folks we've had to wait a long time for this fix but its finally here.  I tried it out to be sure and the torpedo aiming is fixed in this driver version.  22.5.1 was the last time we had torpedo aiming in game and had to live with a little silver sliver but this time the driver team kept to their word and delivered the fix.

I also like to play videos on my second monitor while I game on my primary and so far I haven't seen anything weird like screen blinking or black screens so I'm hopeful for this driver.

This morning I had an issue where my GPU did not detect my second monitor forcing me to shutdown, drain the caps and then reboot.  Once it came back up my system saw my second monitor again but I've never had any previous driver version do this before.

The black screen blinking has also returned.  If I weren't on a tear to do other financial things I would replace this hardware today and not look back.
