Started around the same time I made a fresh Windows installation, instant replay and normal recording stopped working. After some time I decided to wipe the system again, and there's still the same issue.
I enabled the logs as per this post:

Seems to be an issue when initializing the FFMPEG audio encoder. Anything I can do on my part?
What I tried - fully fresh Windows 10, installed K-Lite codec pack, tried downgrading to Adrenalin 22.10.2, played around with audio settings, downloaded Adrenalin and drivers separately in different ways.
