Sorry you are having an issue. Without more information I can't be super helpful.
Just some generic device I would run DDU from wagnardsoft dot com and re-install the driver.
I would set your power limit to it's max. I would verify your system requirements meet the needs of your GPU.
If none of that helps provide the following and we can go from there.
Below is an example of the essential information to provide when posting a new discussion.
Describe your system:
Describe your issue:
I have the exact same problem. This has happened to me while I was playing League of Legends and Valorant and it gave me a black screen and it would restart the system. This has happened 3 times already and I checked Event Viewer for reasons why the computer restarted on its own.
"The description for Event ID 1060 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\??\C:\Windows\Temp\Atiflash\atidgllk.sys
The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
The atidgllk service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading"
Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: MSI B550 Tomahawk
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x8Gb) 3200 MHz and Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2x8Gb) 3200 MHz
PSU Corsair RMx 750W
GPU: Radeon 5600 XT Gaming MX
Have you tried this?
Run DDU from wagnardsoft dot com and re-install the driver.
I would set your power limit to it's max. I would verify your system requirements meet the needs of your GPU.
Also a custom fan curve may help. Set it to kick the fans up higher sooner. Thermal throttling can also be culprit.
If none of that helps I would talk to the support department for your GPU for advice or RMA.
Also you can report your issue to AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
You should likely also test your system before doing this with OCCT from ocbase dot com. Make sure you don't have any component issues.
a while ago I updated my pc because I thought it was the board or the rams memories so I changed my whole pc just leave the Rx 480 8 gb XFX graphics card and the EVGA 80+ bronze power supply but the problem continues to occur (logically also change the hard disk) even so the same problem continues and if in fact when I leave everything in automatic the graph tends to overheat

I must add that all this started to happen when I had a problem with a hard drive I had to change it but after that the graphics card gave me problems, one of those problems was that for some reason the pc did not detect the graphics and it was for some reason I did not have the bios or the ISO image so I had to download and install the one corresponding to my graphics card since then I have had these problems a few months ago
