Im using an AMD 8600m series on a HP Pavilion DV6 with last update on AMD RADEON 17.12.1 Adrenalin and all of my games are stuck at 60fps . My dxdiag tell me my notebook use a Intel Graphics card , what can i do to play games on dedicated card ?

We have updated the title of this discussion with relevant details to better describe your issue.
In Windows it will use the Intel gpu, but in games switch to the AMD. If you have Vertical Sync on it will cap the FPS at the refresh rate, usually 60.
Depending on which games you are playing, 60 FPS is good for a laptop gpu.
