7900xtx PCIe 4 @ 2x 4.0 - solved

Good day,

can be deleted. I put everything together again, updated BIOS with a different USB-Stick and now everything is fine and runs as it should.

Spoiler

my 7900xtx sits in a ASrock Phantom Gaming ITX board. Even if the BIOS settings say PCIe 4 x16 my Card seems to use only x2, as shown in Adrenaline and GPU-Z.
I ran a couple of benchmarks, but no change so far.

Is the error software-related and the graphics card actually uses all 16 lanes or is there really a problem here?
Does anyone had a similar problem?

What i did:
- ran benchmarks
- DDU
- updated BIOS
- unpluged and replugged the card to the risercable
- reinstalled windows
- inplace upgrade of windows
