7900xtx 750watt psu?

hello, I would like to know if I can use the 7900xtx with the following power supply?

Seasonic G12 GM-750 750W

my config

Ryzen7 7700x

gigabyte b650m gaming AX

2x16gb ddr5 ram

samsung pro 990 1Tb

arctic liquid freezer iii a-rgb 280.

five rgb housing fans.

the specific vga type is PowerColor Hellhound 7900xtx 2x8pin

I'm supposed to be able to run it safely.

I make decisions based on this, so it would be important if a professional answered.

I don't want to ruin my computer.

2x8-pin PCIe + slot power should be less than 375W, (<32A @ 12V) plus your CPU and other components.

Manufacturers tend to overestimate the power supply requirements because not all power supplies are built to the same high standards as quality units like Seasonic.

But by all means, don't let me talk you out of needlessly purchasing another power supply.

I've got two Silverstone Strider Gold power supplies, a 750W running a 7900XT and a 650W running a 6800XT.

On a Kill-A-Watt meter these systems draw 400-500W wall power, max. (stress test, not gaming)

Most power supplies achieve greatest efficiency running 50-75% anyway.

Worst case, over-current protection kicks in and shuts off power.

Generally the pcie cable is rated up to 300W, using 2 separate pcie cables (not 1 into 2 split) will cover any gpu power spikes.

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

PowerColor recommends an 800W power supply for that model card, same as a reference AMD 7900XTX.

However if you read the footnote they're basing that on a system with a 5900X, which draws more watts than your 7700X. The Seasonic G12 GM-750 is a good power supply, you should be fine.

It is written on the VGA manufacturer's website:
"Recommended power supply for AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics card is minimum 800W or greater power supply with 12V output > 65A."
but the power supply is only capable of 12v 62A, is this not a problem?
because it can be enough in watts, but unfortunately I don't understand that.
and my CPU consumption is same as Ryzen 5900x TDP: 105W and PPT: 142W

The goal would be to not have to buy a power supply now, because it was a relatively recent purchase, only half a year old.
but I also don't want the 1000 euro vga or even the computer to fail. If the power supply is not enough.
What can happen if by chance it is not enough?

I'm only afraid of the power spikes, they write on the internet that the 7900xtx is capable of up to 455 watt spikes.

But it can only be the 3x8pins versions.

since in my case there are 2x8pin and pcie slot, which enables 2x150w+75w consumption, can it still use 450 watt spikes?

isn't the maximum only 375w?
