7900 XTX Intro Green Flickering

Hello!

I recently purchased an AMD Radeon 7900XTX Merc 310 edition,  and am loving its incredible performance. Unfortunately, I've noticed in certain games, mainly MS2024, UBoat, and Sea Power that intro videos/splash screens display green lines/flickering. This problem goes away when I actually play the games. For MS2024 I noticed when I play the intro videos outside of the game and use classic Windows Media Player that the green lines/flickering goes away. If I use the Media Player that comes with Windows 11 the green lines return.

I've reinstalled latest AMD drivers, rolled back to previous drivers, used DDU, changed various settings, switched monitors, cables, and still have this issue with the green flickers. Even double checked that the card is seated properly in PCI-E slot. Run benchmarks in 3d Mark, stress testing, no issues with green flickering or messed up display at all. Temperatures are good. Idle is about 30-45C, load temperatures don't climb above 65C.

Here are some photos of the issues.

What gives? Anyone else had this problem?

I have had the same problem with this card since an AMD driver update 1 year ago with going from the 22 version to the 23 .

Never found a true fix for now but I did find a temporary workaround that at least works for me.

Usually when this HW Accel bug is occurring To fix that i launch: -- the AMD panel -- performance tab -- tuning tab And then on the upper right corner "stress test" 60 second of it should do the work.

these fixed it until the next reboot for the HW Accel bug.

I feel like the card on startup 'eco' mode or something while being on the desktop.

I had that issue yesterday while playing a plague tale 2 During the startup video.

It's annoying since everything else is fine...

If you guys did find a better fix let me know

Thanks appreciate the help! Tried this and it did not work. I'll keep doing some digging to see what can fix this going forward, if anything.
