Actually I need some settings for local OBS-Streaming too, because you can't record locally with HDR without OBS... man, why is this so complicated!?
I've been experiencing lagging no matter what the resolution or bitrate is in OBS, which makes me suspect there is either something not compatible in OBS or more than likely a bug in the 7000 series driver.
