Just bought a new 7900 XT but Windows 11 won't detect it. The fans on the card are spinning so I know it's getting power. It's giving me an AMD Error 173.
If it will help, I'm running a 13700k 1TB 990 Samsung M.2 EVGA 1000watt power supply 32gigs DDR5 trident z5 ram.
Any help will be appreciated im completely stuck.
