7790 crashes when gaming and watching videos at the same time (dual screen setup)

Hello Community,

I would like to get some help regarding my issue below:

I used to have the following setup and had been using it for years (5+) without any issues:
Phenom II X4 965 BE 3400MHz, Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P board, 8GB RAM, Sapphire Radeon HD7790 1GB, Enermax Liberty 400W psu, dual monitor setup, win7

Then I made some chages:
Ryzen 3 2200g, ASRock B450 Gaming board and 16GB RAM, win10. The psu and the vga stayed the same, as well as the dual screens.

Now with this new setup if I'm playing games (typically World of Warcraft) or watching even HD movies I have no problem at all but if I play the game on one screen and start a video player or even twitch on the other screen then sooner or later the vga will crash. What usually happens is that the top (5-10cm) part of the screen turns black/rainbow colored and starts flickering. Sometimes I am still able to turn off the game/video but sometimes the whole computer freezes and I need to restart it.

This crash doesn't happen all the time. It can happen that I can go all night with both playing wow and watching videos with no crahses. On some other days it would crash after 1 hour or even less.

Tried different vga drivers but it made no difference. I suspect the vga itself but atm I don't have a replacement card to try it.

Any chance that someone here has had the same experience? Any ideas on what to check?

Thanks and regards.
