I just upgraded to 6950 XT. I only played 1 games so far, this freeze keeps happening for some reason. At first i thought it was the game i played (the game not optimized yet). Last night i play CSGO with my friends, and the same thing happened. 

There is this sequence been happening before the freeze. There would be this "Bzzt" sounds i heard from my Headset, and the screen went froze. while it froze, i can hear any other activities in the games, like shooting, moving, etc. its just the screen freeze. And it solved with a simple alt tab to windows. But this happened so often.. and i'm pretty sure its supposedly not like this.

Im using windows 10 pro 64bit, Adrenalin 23.2.1 driver. PC is new build with 13700kf, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, MSI Z790 tomahawk

I have all chipset driver, LAN, audio, and BIOS all up to date. Please help guys. Cheers

I have had the same issues for the last few weeks. I have experienced freezes in most games I play. I haven't noticed a noise in my headset prior to the freeze but the sounds from the game keeps playing and a alt tab out to desktop and back in again sorts it out.

I am using Windows 11 pro 64bit with the latest update, Adrenalin 23.3.2, AMD 5800x3d, 64gb ram and a RX 6800XT.

Haveing the same issue with freezing and the game sound continous on, i can also hear that my input are still doing stuff in game. It is only the screen that freezes, alt-tab out in works, but the game will continue to freze periodicly. For me it has been most severe when playing League of legends
