AMD radeon RX 6950 xt
16 gb ram DDR4 memory
850 watt psu
Having stutters on almost every game. Miles morales is running on 50 fps, while games like Elden Ring and stuff that supposedly requires more power runs smoothly. I suspect it's either due to the ram or due to the gpu not using full process power. Feel like I've tried everything, considering returning it and just sticking to geforce drivers.
