I've sapphire nitro+ se 6900xt. problem is gpu utilization is low in some games. for example in metro exodus gpu utilization is about 30 percent. sometimes fps was down to 40 fps.

some friends said that I had bottleneck because of my ryzen 1800x. but cpu load is about 40 percent in metro exodus. I believe it's not a bottleneck problem. otherwise I wouldn't get 120 fps in cyberpunk 2077.

is there any way to solve this?

Recently played enhanced edition on ultra/raytracing 1440p fullscreen, 98% most of the time.

I remember some drops (forgot where).

Any particular area/chapter your seeing these low drops?
