6900xt - GPU Temp Hit 80Degrees - Is it Safe?
Hi,
My 6900xt hit 80 degrees while gaming (for about 5-10 minutes). Will this hurt the longevity of my card?
I tried to find the official "safe" temperatures on the support page but couldn't find any official specification for this. I know NVIDIA has specifics or max operating temperature, I was wondering if someone know where to find an AMD equivalent
As this is quite an expensive card, I am a little anxious.
Thanks!

Below 90C is acceptable for both modern CPUs and GPUs. 90-95C is a threshold where you know something's not right. Above 95C something is definitely wrong (unless hotspot, which gets a +15C to every measurement listed).
That doesn't mean you can't lower your temps, though - just get yourself an Afterburner version with your GPU support and set a custom fan curve disabling Zero RPM feature for extra cool.
