6900xt driver crash when ram speed is 3600mhz

hello!

I'm having a driver crash problem with my newly bought r7 5700x processor and 6900xt video card. It occurs in 1-5 minutes in AAA games (cyberpunk, mw2). I was using r5 5600 processor before and had no problems. If I set the ram speed to 3200mhz, all the problems disappear. but when ram speed is 3600mhz, i don't have any problem in stress test programs. only the 6900xt is affected. I also tried DDU, new driver old driver, clean os, ram configuration 2t, bios update, cmos reset, Soc 1.2v, cpu-gpu undervolt. the problem was not fixed. Is my processor faulty? Or is the processor a lemon?

my setup
5700x stock with Xigmatek Thors Hammer cooler
Asrock b450-pro4-rev2
Gskill Ripjaws 2x16gb 3600mhz cl18
Sapphire 6900xt se (new thermalpaste MX4)

Highpower 1200w gold psu(3way dif cable to gpu)

You could have a dud IMC on that new CPU

You are generating more heat and demanding more power with those extra cores on the 5700x, so more taxing on the VRM's .. might be related .. might not be

Try giving your RAM a bit more voltage from 1.35v to 1.36v .. 1.37v .. etc
