6800XT MW2/Warzone 2 Packet Burst

Hi, I'm having heavy stuttering issues with the 6800XT Red Dragon in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Basically, every time the game stutters, the "Packet burst" symbol appears in the top left of the screen. These stuttering or freezes happen every game, approximately 3-4 times or a little more every few minutes. To solve the problem, I tried to check if it was my connection, (despite it being extremely good for gaming), trying to change ISP by going to another house but the problem still happens. I tried playing both wired and wirelessly with no difference. I tried to perform a clean install of Windows 11 and 10 and the problem initially stopped and then recurred after a short time (one day). I tested all the components of my computer, starting from the CPU, RAM etc. for long periods, without errors or anomalies. I tried setting "Videomemoryscale" value in adv.options to 0.55 or higher with no difference, the packet bursts still remain. Finally, I tried with a 3080ti and the problem doesn't appear at all, not even after days of play. I can say with certainty that my 6800XT is not defective as these stuttering only happen on MW2 and WZ2 and in no other games, even heavier ones.

Temperatures are fine and no overclocking outside of XMP has been applied.

Anyone have the same problem?

I don't have any problems with Modern Warfare 3, I've been playing it for a week and there are no stuttering or packet bursts in multiplayer. I assume the developers have fixed the issue. Despite this, on MW2 and Warzone 2 it happened every game, assuming that there must necessarily be a problem with the game with the 6800XT Red Dragon.
The only stuttering I noticed on MW3 is present in zombie mode, assuming that is also a mode-related issue.
