I have a XFX Speedster Merc 6800XT. Have had it since 05/22. No issues. Only used for gaming. Recently my OS started disabling my gpu stating that the driver wasn't present. This occurred after the computer had been on and performing normally for an extended period of time. I'm assuming an automatic driver download occurred but I'm not sure. I deleted all old drivers and "uninstalled" the hardware. This seems to have fixed the disabling and crashing but now my fans and LED backlights aren't working. To be honest, I'm not sure if they quit working before or after the driver bug within windows.
I'm not very pc saavy but here is what I've tried so far:
Reseating the gpu, switching psu cables, power cycling the pc, using older drivers that don't work with current games (warzone), switching to mining mode; I'm probably forgetting something.
Weird for it to stop working all of the sudden. At this point I'm hoping to file a warranty claim and get the card replaced.
