6600 XT low usage and FPS drops problem

I have 6600 XT (Asus Dual and Red Devil) and same problem with this post: https://community.amd.com/t5/graphics/rx-6800-xt-huge-gpu-usage-and-fps-drops-problem/td-p/426576
PC1: B450 | R5 3600 | 8Gb*2 3200 | SSD 128 | 550W
PC2: B550 | 5600X | 16Gb*2 3600 | SSD 512 | 750W

With game high FPS like: Apex | Fornite | Dota 2 | CSGO | Val...
Game drop at 144fps -> 80/100fps and GPU just load 60% 70%.
When uncap fps, game load 250fps GPU load 9x%, but after a few minutes, fps drop to 90. GPU 6x%.

When i use old VGA (1660S), FPS stable operation at 130-144fps. And with 3060, stable at 144fps.
With 6600XT, fps only works at 90-110fps. GPU usage 9x% 135W 75oC drop to load 7x% 30-90W and 65oC.

I have tried them all: DDU, uncap FPS, lock FPS, OC/Manual/Undervolt GPU, on/of FreeSync, try HDMI/DP, 3 monitor: 60Hz/144Hz/165Hz, driver ver 21.8/21.9, on/off soft MSI Afterburn-RTSS, all setting in AMD Radeon Software, Verylow -> Ultra in all game.

If the fps stays at let's say 90 after it drops from 144, then make sure your gpu is running in pcie 3.0x16 or 4.0x16 or maybe 4.0x8 might pass as well.

Both are the same:
B550 + 6600 XT Red Devil + 5600X = B450 + 6600 XT Dual + 3600.

Stable 144fps at the beginning, then it drops to 90fps no matter what you do, and GPU just load 7x - 8x%.
100% sure the problem is not with PCIe.
You can see a lot of comparisons 6600XT PCIe 3.0 x8 vs 4.0 x8. Around ~1-5% (except Doom)

Me and a friend hase the same with the game Armored Warfare. He has a 6800XT , me a 6600XT. It looks like an AMD problem.

We´ ve got the fps drops only with the combination of AMD GPU and CPU.

Both Cards running with an Intel CPU without any drops. But AMD doesent crae about the issue.

Because this is probably a hardware and software problem with Ryzen and AMD PCI Express 4 graphics cards. Because the problems have different effects, as you can see here and on the net.
