I have Windows 7 and am running AMD Radeon (TM) HD 6520G. Recently when attempting to play World of Warcraft, I get a message "Your graphics card driver is out of date". I have checked for updates and it says it is up to date. Do I need to get a new graphics driver? And if so what one should I get?

The last driver update for HD 6000 GPUs was 16.2.1 Beta. There are no and will be no newer driver releases.

So does this mean that I will need to purchase a new graphics card for my laptop then? Sorry I am not that useful when it comes to this type of stuff.

No, it means you will need to purchase a new laptop as you cannot replace just the GPU.
