5700XT mid to high range VRAM and fan speed when idling

My VRAM and fan speed are always on mid to high range when I'm not doing anything or idling with my browser on. This happened after I updated from 20.4 to 20.9, is anyone able to help me out on this?

it may be the fault of the drivers, go back to the previous version or install 20.8.1 or 20.8.3, to properly uninstall the drivers you must use the DDU program

Hi, when I open up the DDU program. Do I remove what was selected by default? Or should I select any other checklist to remove?
