i bought (gigabyte oc 5700xt)
and put it in my system but the problem im getting is my graphics cards core cloock is not going higher then 1200 Mhz and its fluctuating allover the place even droping to 400 Mhz, i m getting horrible FPS in all games, its performing worse then GTX 1050ti

b450 tuf gaming plus mobo
2600mhz 16gb 1 stick
ryzen 5 2600
