5700 XT Screen Flickering / Major Issue - World Of Warcraft: Radeon Image Sharpening + FreeSync
TL;DR:
FreeSync and Radeon Image Sharpening causes major flickering while playing World of Warcraft.
Okay, so... I just sunk in a good 12-18 hours of my weekend toggling and playing World of Warcraft on my new 5700 XT. After stress testing by playing Looking For Raid and random Epic Battle Grounds while toggling AMD driver settings... I found the best settings are to just disable Radeon FreeSync and Image Sharpening until AMD releases drivers that don't suck.... I'm desperately open to tips, going to wait a couple of days to see if I can fix this or will likely return the 5700 XT. I really want this to work out lol.
Any ideas please?

Dell S3220DGF suffers from brightness flickering when connected to any (Nvidia/Radeon) GPU.
It's a hardware issue of the monitor
There is a lot of information about the topic on reddit with workarounds using CRU 3rd party software but that is not guaranteed to work stable in the end.
