My set I recently put together is

Windforce oc 5600 xt
16G at 3200mhz Patriot Viper Steel Series
650w Evag Supernova G3 Gold+ Power Supply.
I have disabled hardware acceleration on all applications. I have tried DDU and a fresh install of graphic drivers. I am on the latest drivers. 20.5.1. I didn't install the Raedeon application 2nd going around as it was the one causing the crashes at the start. Before I wouldn't even get the Video TDR Failure error, screens would just go black and sit there. I have updated the bios, tried only allowing my PCIE slot to run on 3rd gen. I got this error will playing World of Warcraft with Discord as the only application in the background, and hardware acceleration was off. As well as other games such Minecraft and Call of Duty.
