I have 2 identical viewsonic monitors plugged into my AMD Radeon RX5600 and one is displaying at 2560 x 1440 with a 144 refresh rate, but the other one maxes out at 1920 x1080 with only a 60 refresh rate. Why is it doin g that and how can I fix it?

1. How are you connecting the monitors?
   • DisplayPort/HDMI? If yes, which version?
   • Using any adapters in between?
   • What is the HDMI or DisplayPort version set to on your monitor?
     
     
2. What is color depth set to?
   • 8 bpc or 10 bpc?
     
     
3. What is your OS?

Running Windows 10

No adapters - straight HDMI cables from monitor to card

Monitors appear to have identical settings - set to HDMI 2 (unable to change that)
