2 different XFX MERC 310 7900XT; black screen on certain CPUs/GPUs but Nvidia work fine
Same issue with two different XFX RX7900XT MERC310 GPUs so far on multiple CPUs/Mobos ranging EVGA and Asus X58 (2 boards; i7 920 and i7 980X), Asus and Gigabyte X99 (2 boards i7 5930K and i7 6850K) , X299 Asus , and Z590 Gigabyte motherboards so far so far with this GPU. All but the Asus X58 board I have been able to eventually boot to windows by doing things like changing to the secondary input (HDMI) or changing monitors until I got one to take; but the Asus X58 board absolutely will not budge no matter what I've tried; however like the others when they wouldn't boot with this AMD card other cards boot fine with it like my RX 3080 or Titan XP. I am incredibly frustrated as this is categorically a repeatable issue with the AMD cards while Nvidia cards seem immune to something so ridiculous. Does anyone know a permanent fix?
