1 -in Global settings has no 0 rpm module and fans dont start if u dont change fan curves.. When u start pc gpu fans not start untill u change fan settings.. tested
2 -in Graphics menu if u enable boost also if u enable boost in PUBG settings. pubg crashes in 2-3 minutes.
u see in idle mode fans not start. if u change FAN CURVES (fan speed) for example 20 to 22 then accept fans starting.
Normaly in 44 degree fans must spinn 1100 - 1300 rpm.but pc never start with working fans
