I having this weird situation while playing games! When playing Monster Hunter: World or Destiny 2 my GPU goes at 100% and all other app stops rendering, if I try to use ALT+TAB command it takes a while to perfoms the action. It is visible that rendering stops for other app with my second monitor. If I open task manager and start playing its refresh window freezes!
It is like my games take all my GPU and there is no power to render all other stuffs.
I made a clean OS installation with latest drivers.
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8GB
MB: AsRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4
RAM: 2x8GB F4-3200C14D-16GTZ
OS: Windows 10 Education x64
