I turned secure boot on yesterday to play Valorant. After saving and starting Valorant, my Screen was freezted, but when I turned off fullscreen, I had normal FPS like everytime before. But I want to play in Fullscreen and idk why that happened. I already resetted my Bios and AMD Software Settings.

2. is it happening only in Valorant

Vangaurd (Riot's anti-cheat) has kernel access and can cause issues with performance some times.
When i tried Valorant i got significant performance drop accross multiple games (stuttering and framedrops)
had to re-install Windows (twice if i remember correct) to get back to normal

Yes it started after installing Valorant/Turning Secure Boot for Valorant on but its in Fortnite too.
