This is not official website. So is that information is confermed by AMD oficial?

Don't know if this data is valid or not but I do know that other hardware shown here does corresponds to the official Max Temp of other manufacturer's website.

Best advice I can give you is to Open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) and asked them if the information given on that website for the RX580 is valid or not from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
