I'm encountering flickering on Youtube videos using Chromium base browsers when I move the mouse curser in and out of the video player while playing content. The flickering is present at the progress bar all the way down the rest of the browser. It started happening when a stable version of Chromium 110 was released and still persist in Chromium 111 with Adrenalin 23.2.2 and 23.3.1. This is on a AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G using integrated Radeon Graphics. Turning HW acceleration off on any of the Chromium browsers does stop the flickering but that is not an option. Any one with integrated and discreet Radeon Graphics have this problem?
