Aaaaaaaaaand, yet ANOTHER Adrenalin driver with the SAME problems.
Max in-game fps is always ~10 lower than what is being set in FRTC. Slowdowns and stutter are also STILL here.
As i said before, i believe that AMD will make one of "these" drivers the "recommended" one (replacing the 22.5.1 which works problems free!) even though there STILL are problems unsolved. I guess that DX11 optimizations brought unfixable bugs that are here to stay.
Good job AMD, you're turning happy customers unhappy ending up thinking of buying nVIDIA or even Intel.
According to the description, Release Notes and URL (as of 11/22/2022), it looks like the Optional Adrenalin 22.11.1 drivers are now WHQL certified.
"Adrenalin 22.11.1 Optional (WHQL)"
"WHQL Results
Status
WHQL Test Suite Results Passed
WHQL Microsoft Certification Passed"
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.11.1-win10-win11-nov22.exe
And another Optional update without a Recommended one. For all intents and purposes, the Recommended Adrenalin drivers are now 7 months out of date.
Anyway, as with the previous Optionals, this one's WHQL certification is pending. As to what's changed (and thus is added to the LONG list of things not included in the Recommeneds):

This is my on going issues with amd.. when known issues just magically get removed from the list without being fixed. Or they say things are fixed but they do something totally unrelated which the issue continues to occur.
All the previous known issues from the 11.2 update are gone from the list and replaced with even more.
Takes forever to get them to even list issues as known and then they just knock them off and hoping people won't notice.
Don't see the point of your ref. to the rx79xx series only driver.
The email came out saying it was a new update for the 6000 cards and this is what it was showing under the 6000 series drivers
Shortly after it was removed now its just under the 7000 series cards so yes its not valid now.
Looked like they had gone above and beyond with what they have been doing on many other updates
That's odd. I was just on the AND support for driver downloads and 22.12.2 is available for every 6000 series card out there.
windows 10 is defiantly more stable with drivers then windows 11 when it comes to MPO, makes me wonder if they test only on windows 10.
