I have a new Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro Ice MB that I can't seem to install 2 drivers on. I have a fresh Windows 10 build and an all up to date there. I have attempted drivers from Gigabyte, AMD, and each vendor and nothing seems to work. The devices are a Network Controller and a USB controller:
Network Controller - Vendor 17CB Device 1107 (this comes up as WCN785x Wi-Fi 7(802.11be) 320MHz 2x2 [FastConnect 7800])
USB Controller - Vendor 1B21 Device 2425 (this Device does not come up, but the Vendor is ASMedia Technology Inc.)
I have seen conflicting feedback on if Win 10 can use wifi7, well if there is a driver available. But if the other device is the USB4 controller (which I suspect) there should be support for that in Win 10.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
My board is an ASrock Nova Wifi. I used the below page even though it's not my board the driver hardware ID is the same for the USB4 controller.

You have to click the drop down arrows until you see Asmedia USB4 Host Router Driver
As for the Wireless Lan I don't think that works on Windows 10 like you say or at least I can't get it to work
Win 10 does not have and unlikely will get driver support for Wi-Fi 7.
Hi,
AMD have released (on the 21/10/24) updated Chipset drivers. You may want to try them to see if it addresses any of the issues you are experiencing.
Best of luck
Craig
Gigabyte Support download page for your Motherboard has drivers for your Qualcomm WiFi 7: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X870E-AORUS-PRO-ICE/support#support-dl-driver-wlanbt
See if Windows 11 drivers will install on your Windows 10 PC. If it doesn't then use Device Manager to install it from the download file from Gigabyte.
Downloaded Gigabyte Support AMD CHIPSET Package and it does show a driver for USB4 CM :
AMD USB4 CM Driver Windows 10(64-bit) 1.0.0.42
Here is the full list from the Gigabyte AMD CHIPSET Package from Gigabyte Support:
