Starting from Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-21.6.1-Win10-64Bit-June28 to the latest Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-21.10.2-Win10-Win11-64Bit-Oct25, there are multiple issues on Win10. I'm now on 21H2, issue started on 1809.
The worst one is when I turn off monitor2(HDMI) causes monitor1() blank screen. I do have hotkey bat/cmd setup for testing, it seems that they don't start unless I turn the monitor2 back on. Nonetheless, this is ridiculous and I'm sick and tired on testing drivers again and again.
