This is extremely frustrating.

Wolfquest is exhibiting excessive stuttering on my system. It's very jarring.

CPU: 5950x

GPU: 7900xtx

RAM: 32GB (3600mhz)

Native Res: 3840x2160

I've tried all manner of troubleshooting... lowering settings, lowering resolution, etc.

The stutter still exists.

I know this an AMD GPU driver issue because I am watching my kid play the exact same game smooth as silk on their system.

GPU: 2080ti (nvidia)

RAM: 32GB  (3200mhz)

Native Res: 2560x1440

The major difference between our systems is I am using an AMD GPU and they are using an NVIDIA GPU.

How do we get this resolved?

Does it stutter when new objects are on screen? If so it's probably a shader cache issue. AMD cards don't seem to handle DX11 shader caching very well due to DXNAVI. Which on 6000 series and below you are able to disable that via registry tweaks and older drivers but you are not able to do the same on the 7000 series.

I can stand in one place and rotate the camera. It will continually stutter, even when I rotate the camera slowly.
