With FreeSync on, the monitor's brightness level increases for no reason when playing games

Hello. I would appreciate any possible help with the following bug. I can't think of what else to try.

Summary of Issue:
With FreeSync on, the monitor's brightness level increases for no reason when playing games in full screen

System Configuration:
- Motherboard: Asus PRIME X370-PRO (BIOS: 5603)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600X
- PSU: Corsair TX650V2 (650W)
- Display: ViewSonic XG2405
- Display cable: Club3D CAC-2068 VESA certified
- System Memory: KFA2 HoF Extreme DDR4-4000 2x8GB (@3000MHz)
- GPU (VBIOS): Sapphire NITRO+ RX 580 8G G5 (VBIOS: 015.050.002.001.000000)
- OS (Version): Windows 10 x64 21H1(Version: 19043.1052)
- Driver: Adrenalin 21.6.1
- Applications: Windows 10, Overwatch, Starcraft 2, Left 4 Dead 2, etc. Every fullscreen application
- Radeon Software Settings: FreeSync Premium ON, custom color OFF, rest defaults

Premises:
- OS: Clean installation of Windows 10 Pro x64 20H2 or 21H1 (bug not appreciated in previous installation of Windows 10 Pro x64 1909).
- Monitor: ViewSonic XG2405 (1920x1080 @ 144Hz, FreeSync ON, sRGB, Color Full Range, DDC / CI off)
- Adrenalin drivers tested (all produce the bug): 21.6.1 | 21.5.2 | 21.4.1 | 21.3.1 | 20.12.1 | 20.9.1
- AMD Chipset Drivers 2.17.25.506

Steps to Reproduce:
Starting from the previous premises (completely clean installation, only Windows and updated drivers, all system settings by default), with the monitor connected through DisplayPort (with certified cable), Premium FreeSync activated (144Hz, activated in AMD Adrenalin and in monitor menu) and custom color disabled in Adrenalin (global display settings and game profile settings); the error can be reproduced as follows:

Windows 10 Start menu> Settings> Display> Windows HD Color> Windows HD Color Settings> Maximize Preview Video

Once the video is maximized, at the precise moment that the cursor is positioned (it is not even necessary to press any button) on the playback bar, the brightness level of the monitor rises to 100% Even if the video is minimized, the brightness remains 100%. Simply turning the monitor off and on (or a standby event) returns the brightness level to the original (and configured) level. The change in brightness is never appreciated in the monitor menu, remaining constant at 28%.

In the video linked below, captured with the camera exposure locked, the bug can be seen at 00:56, 01:39, 02:20 and 02:51.
This same bug can be observed with any full screen game (checked in Overwatch, Starcraft 2 and Left 4 Dead 2). The moment you enter the game, the brightness level increases for no reason.

Video playback is not affected by this bug (full screen YouTube via browser or local files via MPC-BE + MadVR).

THE BUG APPEARS AT THE PRECISE INSTANT THAT THE ADRENALIN DRIVERS ARE INSTALLED IN THE SYSTEM (WITH THE DEFAULT WINDOWS 10 DRIVERS, THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT EXIST).

If FreeSync is disabled (through the monitor menu or Adrenalin drivers), the bug disappears.
Thank you.

Nothing in regards? Isn't there a way to contact AMD? Is this AMD support, all in the hands of the community? What joke is this?
It doesn't matter if you send reports through Adrenalin. 0 contact, 0 information. So far, non-existent and regrettable support.

I attach another link with another video. It can be seen that, despite decreasing the brightness to 2%, there is a flicker and it goes back up to 100% in each step, without respecting the set value.
