Windows Uninstalling My Adrenaline randomly

Hi,

Did a quick build for a friend. All my PCs are AMD. I have 3 myself and have built over 10. There is only one giving me problems. My friend has his PC I built and he will text me randomly that games are slow, "again" This is about the 10th time now. My fix was AMD CLean then reinstall drivers. This works until he texts me again with the same issues, rinse, and repeat. It goes months sometimes and sometimes weeks. I want to say it has something to do with the Windows updates, but I'm trying to find a fix. Any help? Thank you!

Have you blocked driver updates from windows update, what methods?

Have seen reports of clicking check for updates overriding some methods, also the 'get the latest.....' ON doing the same?

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
