Windows seems to be uninstalling Radeon drivers

My screen goes black, the PC becomes unresponsive, I restart the PC windows which loads just fine, but Adrenaline has been uninstalled. I've had to install drivers 3 times today. The card is RX6000 Sapphire pulse, with 22.5.1 drivers. it started happening about 2 weeks ago and is driving me crazy.

It's not overheating or anything ive been keeping on eye on GPU temperatures.

If I follow the link, https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-300 and made the suggested change but it keeps happening.

Is there anything i can do?

Update:

This is what i have done tried so far,

1 > Turn On or Off Windows 10 Automatic Driver Updates from Control Panel

2 > Enable/Disable Windows 10 Automatic Driver Updates with Registry Editor

3 > Boot to safe mode, uninstalled with DDU, reinstalled latest WHQL drivers
