After installing 19.2.2, windows is not recognizing my drivers. I have a sapphire RX 590 Nitro+. I have rolled back to 19.2.1 and tried reinstalling 19.2.2 with the same results. "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)".. Any help would be appreciated.
