Windows disable my video card driver

Hello, I have an amd RX 590 graphics card and out of nowhere it stops sending a video signal. I was using Windows 11 and then whenever it stopped sending the video signal, the drive was disabled and I had to manually activate the drive, I formatted it and installed Windows 10 Pro. Version 22H2, it worked normally for a few days and when there was a windows update, the same problem returned.

Has anyone had any close experience? could you help me to solve this problem? or is it already my card that is showing a defect? it has two years of use.

You have to prevent Windows Update from installing / changing graphics drivers.
