Hi, blunt instrument hoping to build a monster gaming rig around a 9800X3D and a 5090 in the months to come.
Now, I just bought a cheap global Windows 10 license a week ago for use on this machine but given the 2024 Update being rolled-out (still can't have mine apparently), will 24H2 be a better install given the gaming performance in testing now that Windows isn't punishing AMD chips?
