Windows 11 Treats Dedicated GPU as the Integrated One

It's a Laptop. It comes with A4-5000 | 8330, + 8670M Video. Windows uses the 8330 as my main one instead of the other one as it should.
Also AMD drivers setup detects and installs 8600M when i search for 8330 from the website. And if i search for my 8670M and try to install it - AMD detects the hardware on that one too , but Windows is using 8330. For example if i go to Windows Settings > Application Graphics > and select Power Option - either Performance or Power Saving - Windows is displaying the same 8330 on the two options instead of having 8670M hardware as the Performance option.

Today i installed drivers for A4-5000 - 8330. And for 8670M [Custom Install > Only Drivers "Without the AMD Software Program." But when i go to Device Manager and click on my 8600M and try to update it with the correct 8670M drivers > I do not see any .inf files for my 8670M. I only see 8600M releases.

I cannot make Windows recognize and use the correct hardware for performance.
My BIOS is locked by the Manufacturer - which means [ No Overclocking and other things. ]
I can't find an option to select preferred  display graphics also.

No matter what drivers i install or reinstall Windows > I can't fix it.  [IT'S A FRESH WINDOWS BOOT!!]
