I install the last driver updates 20.11.2 and chipset update for my HP 360 envy with Ryzen 5  4000 series and AMD RADEON GRAPHICS and Windows Update still downgrade my driversversions to last Version 20.09.1.

I am not really sure what exactly could be causing that. I haven't seen anyone else have that problem as the latest update loaded onto both of my Ryzen mobile systems fine.

It could possibly be windows over riding the driver based on the HP drivers supplied to MS.
