Windows 10 May Update - AMD Radeon Graphics Drivers issue

I am been having issues with the AMD Radeon drivers that you download from AMD’s website, I am currently on the latest version of Windows 10 May 2019 Update trying to reinstall my AMD Radeon Drivers for my Radeon graphics but when the installer finishes and asks to Restart my computer is stuck on infinite boot, I tried a fresh install of Windows 10 with the May Update but that is having issues as well, it works fine on the previous version of Windows 10

I had trouble with Windows 10 ver. 1903 and now with ver 1909. I have installed ver 1809 which works fine. Ver 1903 & 1909 change the driver to a window's driver but I can't play games or go on the internet. Service for 1809 stops in May 2020. Need a AMD for Radeon HD 7540d that works for the new version of windows 10.
