Windows 10 May 19' upgrade(latest X399 drivers) needed...any problems

Ryzen 7 2700, 3.2GHz on Promontory X470 Taichi mboard(AM4), SATA  with one SSD.

Are these graphics drivers?  or what catagory do I choose.....OR is this May 19' BIOS upgrade/update needed/recommended? 

Apologize = late in trying to nail this, should've done back in May.
