I recently purchased Ryzen 7 PRO 4750, but after checking my system, bios and CPU-Z it shows as 4700. I called the store to shed some light. They told me that 4000 series is like that and the only thing to find out is by removing the heat sink to confirm if what was installed was right. Am kind of confused and will be definitely disappointed if things  goes north here.

I think you will see that it reads ...4700 SERIES . Meaning it's part of the 4700 class...which is correct. You have the correct product.
