Why are the powerful Radeon 600m iGPUs, such as the 660 and 680 models, deprived of the AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) technology, even though it promises to significantly enhance motion smoothness and frame rate for a more enjoyable gaming experience ?
I find AMD’s decision to abandon this iGPU shameful, considering that it dates back to 2022 and is still on sale (for example, in the Ryzen 7735) !
So after spending countless hours trying to game on a new GEEKOM A8 (780M) I'm getting nowhere and now really suspect that AFMF isn't running in any capacity on any games. Now I'm talking to myself (AI - Copilot & GROK) for instruction on confirming that AFMF 2 is installed with the latest Adrenalin client. I see AFMF but not AFMF 2 and it's disabled by default. At this point I'm convinced it isn't functioning regardless of AMD documentation and numerous YT reviewers claiming how current gen mobile computing is pop'n. Wot up AMD?
Hope it will support on 680M.
