I possess two Microsoft Surface Laptops 3; one with AMD radeon Vega 9 and another with AMD radeon Vega 11. In the past, I could install AMD radeon software but now it is not possible anymore. Every time I try to install Adrenaline, I get the error message below.

What is the reason for it?

I also have a Surface laptop 3 powered by AMD Ryzen 7 3750U with Radeon Vega 11. The problem is the following, since there aren't any settings, I don't have any graphics settings at all. Those settings would be useful for development related to graphics, architecture design software and for sure gaming. I remember that previously we could use AMD radeon software on a sutface laptop 3 and fine tune the graphic settings but now it is over. Is it because of Microsoft or AMD?
