The HD 4600 is quite an old card and as far as I can tell only shipped with 512MB or 1GB of DDR3 ram and as far as I can tell were released back in 2010 or so. Given the age of the card AMD/ATI would have stopped developing drivers for ages ago and even if you could find the drivers I doubt they would be Win10 compatible.
I think the most you could hope for is it working with bog standard VGA drivers Windows ships with and even then it will have minimal (if any) 3D acceleration.
I think it's time for an upgrade matey. It would help if you would provide some details of your PC such as
- CPU
- Amount of RAM
- Operating System
- Motherboard make/model
Knowing this will enable myself and/or others make some suggestions based on your setup.
