I have a HP notebook with an A6-5200 (in task manager there is no M on the name so idk). I had never updated any drivers before, but since I had just helped someone update theirs I decided to update mine. After doing so, my mouse would get a ton of stutter so I went to device manager and reverted my drivers. After this the Radeon 8400 graphics didn't even show up in task manager. I had to go to device manager and look for it, but instead of Radeon HD 8400 / R3 it was showing "General Display Adapter". Seeing this I decided to do the update again and it failed.
I have already tried using the powershell commands that AMD suggested in their trouble shooter with no success. I also tried disabling HDCP, but I could not find it when I search for it (most likely because I am using a laptop and it is preinstalled). My windows version is the most current and my bios is up to date.
What should I do?
